Content Policy
Last updated: August 13, 2026
This Content Policy forms part of Silcoo’s Terms of Use. It applies to all accounts, listings, messages, files, images, videos, links, and other material submitted to or shared through Silcoo.
Silcoo provides sellers with hosting, storefront, and payment tools for selling their own original digital content. Examples of content may include educational resources, tutorials, creative works, fitness and wellness materials, lifestyle content, and other original media.
Silcoo does not curate, promote, or endorse seller content. Sellers are solely responsible for the content they publish and sell.
1. Eligibility and account verification
All users must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where they live, to open an account. Sellers must additionally complete identity and age verification before publishing a paid listing. Verification may require a government-issued photo ID and a live selfie match.
2. Content standards
Content published through Silcoo must be lawful, authentic, appropriately licensed, and suitable for a mainstream platform. The following categories are prohibited:
| Category | What is not allowed |
|---|---|
| Mature material or services | Pornography, explicit sexual conduct, sexual solicitation, paid sexual services, or offers to arrange sexual contact. |
| Child exploitation | Any child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, or content that depicts, promotes, requests, or facilitates the abuse or exploitation of a minor. |
| Privacy and consent violations | Non-consensual intimate imagery, doxxing, unlawful surveillance, or media featuring a person without the necessary rights and documented permission. |
| Exploitation and trafficking | Material that promotes, enables, or profits from human trafficking, forced labor, abuse, or coercion. |
| Violence and dangerous conduct | Credible threats, incitement, graphic glorification of violence, instructions intended to cause serious harm, or promotion of dangerous criminal activity. |
| Hateful or abusive conduct | Content that attacks, dehumanizes, threatens, or incites hatred against a person or group based on protected characteristics. |
| Illegal or regulated activity | Unlawful goods or services, controlled substances, weapons sales, fraud, money laundering, or content that otherwise violates applicable law. |
| Intellectual-property violations | Material that infringes copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other rights belonging to another person or organization. |
| Fraud and harmful technology | Scams, deceptive schemes, impersonation for gain, phishing, malware, unauthorized access tools, or misleading claims about a product or seller. |
| Spam and manipulation | Unsolicited bulk material, fake engagement, coordinated platform manipulation, or attempts to evade enforcement systems. |
Zero tolerance for child exploitation. Silcoo immediately restricts access to apparent CSAM or other child-exploitation material, preserves relevant account data, and reports qualifying incidents to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and appropriate law-enforcement authorities as required by law.
3. Seller responsibilities
3.1 Ownership and permission
Sellers may upload or sell only material they created or have the legal right to use. A seller must have documented permission from every recognizable person appearing in submitted content and must provide evidence of those rights if Silcoo requests it.
3.2 Accurate listings
Titles, previews, descriptions, prices, and delivery terms must accurately explain what a buyer will receive. False advertising, impersonation, manipulated previews, bait-and-switch offers, and misleading claims are prohibited.
3.3 Compliance with law
Sellers are responsible for ensuring their content, listings, and sales comply with applicable law and Silcoo’s Terms of Use. Silcoo does not editorially review, curate, or endorse seller content, and hosting content through Silcoo does not transfer that responsibility.
4. Moderation and enforcement
Silcoo may use automated safeguards, trained human review, and user reports to identify possible violations. When appropriate, Silcoo may:
- reject, restrict, or remove content;
- request identity, ownership, or consent documentation;
- issue a warning or temporarily limit an account;
- suspend or permanently terminate an account;
- preserve relevant records; and
- report suspected unlawful conduct to the appropriate authorities.
Silcoo considers the nature and severity of the content, the risk of harm, applicable legal obligations, and the account’s enforcement history. Serious safety violations may result in immediate permanent termination and reporting without a prior warning.
5. Reporting a violation
Anyone may report content that appears to violate this policy. A useful report should include the location of the content, a short description of the concern, and any supporting information. Silcoo reviews reports and may contact the reporter for clarification.

6. Child-safety response
When Silcoo identifies apparent child-exploitation material through automated safeguards, human review, or a user report, Silcoo may immediately:
- disable access to the material and restrict the associated account;
- preserve relevant content, account data, and transaction records;
- submit a report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A;
- contact law enforcement when required by law or when there appears to be an imminent threat; and
- cooperate with lawful investigations.
7. Appeals
A user who believes an enforcement decision was made in error may appeal within 30 days by emailing [email protected]. The appeal should identify the account and decision and explain why review is requested. Silcoo will assess the available information and respond within a reasonable period.
8. Policy updates
Silcoo may update this policy to reflect changes to the service, safety practices, or applicable law. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
