What am I allowed to sell with Silcoo?

At Silcoo, we want you to have the freedom to sell your files with confidence. However, to ensure a safe and respectful experience for everyone, there are certain guidelines to follow. Here's an overview of what you can and cannot sell with Silcoo:

Can I sell content with sexual activities on Silcoo?
No, it is strictly forbidden to sell or distribute any content involving sexual activities on Silcoo.

Can I sell any type of file with Silcoo?
Yes, you can sell any type of file as long as it does not violate our terms of use.

Can I sell content that might infringe on someone else's intellectual property rights?
No. It is prohibited to sell content that could defame or infringe on the rights of anyone, including intellectual property rights such as patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights, or other exclusive rights.

Can I sell content that could be considered discriminatory or hateful?
No. You cannot sell content that encourages, supports, or incites violence, dangerous acts, or discrimination against individuals or groups based on criteria such as race, ethnic origin, religion, disability, gender, age, nationality, political affiliation, or sexual orientation/identity.

Is it possible to sell illicit content?
No, it is forbidden to use Silcoo to post or distribute any illicit content.

What about computer viruses or malicious programs?
It is strictly forbidden to sell or distribute any file containing computer viruses, worms, Trojans, or any other malicious program.

In summary: At Silcoo, you can sell a wide variety of files, but we ask our users to follow an ethical and legal approach. Always ensure you respect the rights of others and do not share harmful or inappropriate content. We use AI and other advanced methods to detect and review content for violations of our guidelines.

How much will Silcoo charge me?

Silcoo takes only 20% from each transaction as their fee, leaving you with a solid 80% of your earnings. With everything made so easy, that small 20% fee is a no-brainer!

How can beginners make money on Silcoo?

As a newbie with a smaller audience, you can start by sharing your files at a lower price and get your friends and family to back you up. As your account grows over time, you can gradually increase your prices and charge more for your content. After all, practice makes profit!

Can I find content on the app?

No, Silcoo is not a content platform, marketplace, or social media network. It’s a tool that helps you sell your content by creating a store website link with secure payments for your buyers. You decide where and how to share your digital store link.

How do I verify my seller Identity and start selling?

First, you need to take a photo of your physical ID and a live selfie. We use advanced AI to verify the authenticity of your ID and ensure it matches your selfie. Once verified, you can link your bank account (in your name) to receive payouts. Then, add your digital content, set your prices, and create your store link. Share your link with potential buyers or on social media to start selling.

Who can use Silcoo?

To use Silcoo you must first register and create a User account. You must provide a valid email address, a country of residence, and a strong password. Keep in mind, that your password should be unique (meaning that it is different to those you use for other websites) 

To register as a user:

  • You must be at least 18 years old; 
  • If the laws of the country or State/province where you live provide that you can only be legally bound by a contract with us at an age that is higher than 18 years old, then you must be old enough to be legally bound by a contract with us under the laws of the country or State/province where you live;
  • You must be permitted by the laws of the country or State/province where you are located to join Silcoo and to view any Content available on it and to use any functionality provided by it. 
  • To ensure a safe and secure experience for all users, we require ID verification. You’ll need to upload a valid government-issued ID and take a live selfie to confirm your identity. Our system will securely process your verification using advanced ID verification technology. This helps prevent fraud and keeps our community safe.

If you do not meet the above requirements, you must not access or use Silcoo.

Report an account

Your report matters to us - we take each one seriously. Thank you for helping us maintain a safe community.

If someone’s breaking the rules, you can report their account by emailing our support team at support@silcoo.app. Just include the profile and the link you’re reporting.

I am unable to login into my account

Please check your email to see if your account has been flagged as suspicious or restricted. If you have a Terms of Service violation, your account may be closed. If you had a previous account on Silcoo with a violation, your new account may be restricted or closed. 

If you believe you have been mistakenly flagged, please contact support (support@silcoo.app) with an evidence or information that will allow us to review your situation.

What to do if you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else?

If you suspect your account has been compromised, please login and attempt to change your password immediately.

If you are unable to login into your account, you can try resetting your password throught he “Forgot Password” link. This will send you a link to reset your password through your email address. 

If you are still unable to login, please contact Support (support@silcoo.app) for assistance.

What are the Terms of Service for downloaders?

Our Terms of Service are available at any moment on our app and website. You can also consult them during the registration.

What if I don’t accept the updated Terms of Service?

If you don’t agree to the new Terms, you should remove your content and stop using our services.

What are the Terms of Service for uploaders?

For the users who will send the files, Terms of Service are available on the website and on the App.

Chargebacks/Credit Card Disputes

If a buyer requests a chargeback or dispute through their credit card company, their access to Silcoo may be restricted or discontinued. If you believe your account has been limited by mistake, please contact support at support@silcoo.app.

Any refunded or charged-back amounts will be deducted from the seller’s income and reported to them, along with any associated bank chargeback fees.

Refunds

Since the purchased items are digital content, we cannot process refunds. If you have questions about the content, we recommend contacting the seller directly for exchanges. If you believe you're experiencing a technical or have other issues, please contact support at support@silcoo.app.

How does an Silcoo transaction appear on my credit card statement?

For buyers, your bank statement will display ‘SILCOO’ in the transaction description.

3D Secure

3D secure checkout is an additional authentication step for online payments to ensure that your credit card is not stolen.

You will be prompted by either: "Verified by Visa" or "MasterCard SecureCode" to confirm your purchase with an additional temporary verification code or SMS code.  If your card is unable to be authenticated, your charge may be declined or fail.

Payout

You can cash out your earnings from 3 days ago. For example, if today is December 6th, you can cash out earnings from before December 6th on December 9th. If you have payment on December 7th, you will be able to cash out your Dec 7th on Dec 10th. You can cash out each time or wait a few days to accumulate earnings and cash out all at once.

On the Earnings page, you'll find a small 'Cash Out' button next to the 'Available to cash out' section. It's probably grey right now. After 3 days from your first earning, this button will turn light green. Then, all you need to do is click it to cash out.

After you cash out, it typically takes 2-3 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account, depending on your bank's processing time. You can check the status under 'Earnings' -> 'Payouts to Bank 'if there are any updates from the bank.

I cashed out my earnings. Where is it?

After you cash out, it typically takes 2-3 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account, depending on your bank's processing time. In some cases, it can take up to 10 business days. You can check the status under 'Earnings' -> 'Payouts to Bank' if there are any updates from the bank.

Minimum withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount depends on your chosen payout method. For most payout methods, it is $5. 

Is there a minimum price?

Yes, we have a minimum price. The minimum is $5. 

Can I share received content outside Silcoo?

No, this is strictly forbidden.

Please note that all media is subject to intellectual property rights protection. Therefore, if any media is broadcast outside of the Silcoo private exchange channel, the member will have their Silcoo account closed and legal action may be taken.

Silcoo is adamant about respecting privacy and will enforce the law in case of violation.

 If you have spotted Silcoo content outside the platform, please report it immediately.

What is the minimum age to signup?

The minimum age required is 18 to be able to create an Silcoo account. When registering, each member agrees to respect the minimum age allowed.

A user who would try to register on the platform by being a minor exposes himself to a permanent closure of his account.

Silcoo is free to use?

Yes, Silcoo is free to download and install. 

You can then share content with your friends and clients however Silcoo will take 20% commission on the amount of transactions made.

What will be the currency of my sales?

Prices appear in the currency you choose during your registration. This currency is directly linked to the country you choose when you created your account. 

When doing a sale, if the currency between the seller (sharing the link) and the downloader (paying for the link) is different, the conversion will be done by the bank of the downloader. Conversion costs may be incurred by the downloader’s bank to carry out the transaction.

To complete transactions, we use a secure and encrypted third-party payment processor.

Furthermore, you may need to confirm your purchase with an additional temporary verification code or SMS code during the billing process.

The app is available on both android and IOS systems under the name “Silcoo”
